Who we are

This website is operated by IDMS International (Information and Data Management Services International), referred to below as "IDMS", "we", or "us". IDMS provides data and AI consulting services to organizations and operates from Palo Alto, Sydney, Singapore, and Dubai.

Information we collect

We collect information in two ways.

Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, organization, work email address, and your message. We use these only to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to carry out that work. You can contact us without providing your organization name.

Information collected automatically. Like every website, ours receives standard technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser type and version, device type, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. This is recorded in server logs by our hosting provider for security and reliability purposes and is not used to build a profile of you.

We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not collect payment information through it.

How we use information

We use the information described above to respond to inquiries, to deliver consulting services you have asked for, to keep the website secure and available, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for marketing you have not asked for.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to run this website and respond to you.

Our providers process data under their own privacy policies. Beyond these providers, we disclose information only when required by law or to protect our legal rights.

International transfers

IDMS operates in several countries, and our service providers run global infrastructure. Information you send us may therefore be stored or processed in a country other than the one you are in. Where we transfer information across borders we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described on this page.

Retention

Contact-form inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if a conversation continues, for the life of that relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs held by our hosting provider are retained for a limited period under that provider's standard retention settings.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. Contact-form submissions are transmitted encrypted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the information involved.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor those. To make a request, use the contact form and mention "privacy request" in your message. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity before acting.

Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this page from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
