Pass/fail criteria are agreed before we start, so any next step is decided by evidence, not enthusiasm.
Deliverable: a readiness readout with a GO / NOT YET verdict on every use case, the data gaps behind each NOT YET, and a recommended first pilot.

Connecting models and agents to what you already run: secure, governed access to your warehouse and data platforms; retrieval over the documents and records in your workplace tools; and AI working inside your systems of record through the APIs and connectors they already expose. Taking one workflow that matters — onboarding, claims, reconciliation, service requests, compliance review — and redesigning it so agents handle the routine steps and people stay at the decision points. We build the guardrails, the evaluation set, and the monitoring before the agent touches production, and we measure the before and after.
Deliverable: a piloted workflow in production with measured cycle-time, cost, and quality outcomes, plus the evaluation harness to keep it honest.

Data foundations for AI
The unglamorous layer that AI depends on: data quality, access, lineage, and storage. When the readiness readout says NOT YET, this is usually why. We find the specific gaps blocking the use cases you care about and fix those first, then scope any further remediation from what the assessment finds — not a multi-year data program.
Deliverable: a plan tied to named use cases, with the quick fixes applied during the engagement and the remaining work sized and sequenced.
